Associate Professor of Sociology in Theory/CultureNORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY’s Department of Sociology invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Associate Professor to begin in the Fall of 2023. A Ph.D. in Sociology or other appropriate discipline is required at the time of appointment along with a commitment to the substantive areas (teaching, research, engagement) of theory and/or culture. Applicants should submit a cover letter that includes a statement of research and teaching experience, along with a curriculum vitae and sample(s) of recent scholarship, and be prepared to submit three letters of reference upon request.
