On February 9th, Erica Banks successfully defended her dissertation, “A Life of Reentry: Black Women, Reverberations of Incarceration, and the Life Course."
Erica has already started her job as Assistant Professor of Sociology at Smith College. Congratulations, Dr. Banks!
