Since its February publication, Teke Wiggin’s article, “Weaponizing the Workplace: How Algorithmic Management Shaped Amazon’s Antiunion Campaign in Bessemer, Alabama,” has continued to make waves.
The American Prospect published a piece focusing exclusively on Teke’s research, while The Register’s article, “Amazon Accused of Using Algorithms to Push Warehouse Workers to Breaking Point,” includes a response from an Amazon spokesperson addressing the claims in Teke’s study.
