Gary Alan Fine's newest ethnography of senior citizen activists has been published with the University of Chicago Press. Fair Share: Senior Activists, Tiny Publics, and the Culture of Resistance is based on three years of observational research with a local progressive social movement group. The book is part of Gary's string of ethnographies of various forms of group culture and how these cultures fit into civil society.
